All prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without prior notice. For orders to India, applicable currency conversion will be shown at checkout where available.

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. We accept online card payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Aflaak Perfumes reserves the right to cancel or decline an order in cases of product unavailability, incorrect pricing or information, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

We currently deliver to the UAE and India. Estimated delivery times are 2–4 business days for the UAE and 5–8 business days for India. Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, customs procedures, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. For India orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or related charges are the customer's responsibility.

Aflaak Perfumes provides replacement only for products that arrive damaged or defective. Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery and provide the order number along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Products must remain unused and in their original packaging. Damage caused by misuse, improper handling after delivery, or normal wear and tear is not covered. Replacement is subject to product availability.
